This week the Building Our Resilience course begins with Joe Lenton, NeuroHub Connect runs five days as always, and we've got our D&D group and Supporting Autistic People Part Two later in the month.

BUILDING OUR RESILIENCE — STARTS THIS WEDNESDAY

A six-session online course facilitated by Joe Lenton (AuDHD personal authenticity coach), in partnership with NeuroHub Community.

Not "cope harder" resilience. A communal and systemic approach covering what resilience and well-being actually are; the factors that shape them; identifying the resources already around you; mindset and worldview; exploring identity; and community resilience.

Wednesdays 9th, 16th, 23rd September and 7th, 14th, 21st October 🕕 6–7pm BST, live on Zoom
Bring something to write or draw on — there are exercises, plus time for reflection and group sharing
